With over thirty years of experience in human resources within medium and large national and international companies, Antonino Musumeci founded GenerativeHub International Sàrl, based in the Lake Geneva region.
He now dedicates his activity to supporting individuals in career transition, job searching and entrepreneurship — whether it involves repositioning a professional path, preparing for interviews or building a solid entrepreneurial project.
An executive and team coach, HR consultant and assessor accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he also conducts executive assessments for companies wishing to validate a recruitment decision, combining psychometric tools and situational exercises over a half-day or full-day format.
