Lionel Tallent
- Training & development manager
- Training & development manager
- lionel.tallent@humanys.ch
Lionel Tallent’s professional career has been shaped by industry, and he has held several positions within an international group for over 16 years. Starting out in sales, he soon took on responsibility for apprentice training in French-speaking Switzerland.
Then, with a strong interest in finance, he began a federal diploma in finance and accounting, alternating with responsibility for management control for the group’s five branches, one in German-speaking Switzerland and the other in French-speaking Switzerland. Wishing to add human value, and in line with his affinity for operational business, he was given the opportunity to move internally within the parent company and manage a team for the Bas-Valais region. After more than three years of acquisition, loyalty and success, and with a child on the way, a promotion just a stone’s throw away presented itself: taking over the administrative department for French-speaking Switzerland, with a dozen directly-managed employees.
After two years as a manager and member of the regional management, it was time to discover new horizons, to take to the open sea… Following this rich experience, Lionel decided to make a 180° turn to support and develop human values. Always very interested in training, he decided to train as a professional coach and then take the federal diploma in adult education, which he is now completing. Throughout these years, he has always been committed to his colleagues, with participative leadership, while exceeding the objectives set for him. Keen to deepen this approach and motivated to pass on his experience, Lionel entered the world of consulting and coaching in 2017. At the same time, he works in various associations and gives courses, not forgetting his role as curator for the canton of Vaud.
Lionel joined Humanys Solutions in April 2019 as HR Senior Consultant. Very enthusiastic and interested in human relations, Lionel will bring you his energy and expertise on a daily basis, an absolute necessity during a job search process. “Coming together is a beginning; staying together is progress; working together is success”.
