After starting my career in the financial sector, my interest in human dynamics naturally led me towards human resources, team and project management, and change facilitation. These diverse experiences across various industries have enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of human-related challenges within organizations.
I had the opportunity to lead a structure dedicated to socio-professional reintegration, where I coordinated multidisciplinary teams, managed strategic projects, and implemented innovative support systems. This role allowed me to combine operational excellence with a deep sense of service to individuals.
Today, I continue to pursue this vocation as a specialist in professional (re)integration, project manager, workshop and seminar facilitator, HR consultant in recruitment and personality profiling, and certified coach.
