With more than 15 years of experience in customer relations and human resources, she has developed extensive expertise in coaching and training.
For several years, she was active in needs analysis and the organization of training programs, working with clients from diverse professional backgrounds across French-speaking Switzerland and Europe.
She was later commissioned by a professional association to promote its coaching and training activities, before being hired as a consultant, recruitment officer, and sales representative by a leading staffing company. In addition to recruitment, her skills in sales and communication regularly led her to design and facilitate corporate seminars and training sessions on these topics.
All these experiences nurtured her strong interest in human potential development. This realization led her to move concretely into coaching and to complete a Professional Coach training program several years ago. She is also accredited by various organizations to establish personality profiles using psychometric assessment tools.
