I have worked as a recruitment expert in independent firms for some twenty years, and successfully headhunted hundreds of candidates for companies in a range of sectors. I have worked in partnership with company directors and HR experts in French-speaking Switzerland on their external recruitment processes.I managed the whole process, from the definition of the requirement and search strategy (sourcing/direct approach) to the conduct of interviews and monitoring of integration into the new job.

I have recently extended my skill set by supporting jobseekers in refocusing their careers (outplacement), helping them to clarify their plans and carry out a skills audit. My practice reflects my experience in careers advice and change management. I run workshops on jobseeking techniques, writing CVs and cover letters, use of social media and preparing for recruitment interviews.

What most excites me is the sense that I am creating a bridge between employers and jobseekers, and adding value by doing so. So I am always willing to pass on my in-depth knowledge of the market, aiming to help my contacts succeed. When I offer individual support and advice to companies and jobseekers, my attitude is that of a coach – I deploy my listening skills and positive approach with openness and empathy.
